parsley ''o tsp leaf basil crumbled pinch leaf thyme pinch ground nutmeg Crumble bread into milk in a large bowl Add pork sausage egg apple celery parsley salt pep per basil thyme and nutmeg Stir until well blended Shape into a loaf in shallow baking pan Bake in a moderate oven at for 1 Vi hours Serve with Stir ry Apples and Celery (recipe follows) 2 butter or margarine 2T vegetable oil 1 lemon juice 2 cups thinly sliced celery 2 medium sized apples quartered cored and sliced tsp salt tsp pepper Heat butter and oil in a large skillet Add lemon juice and celery Stir fry over high heat
